Youth Group
Catholic youth grades 7th and 8th can become more involved in their faith than just attending faith formation classes by joining in with our 9th-12th graders for Teen Night. Our youth group provides opportunities for them to practice their faith through prayer, church service, and community service, while sharing in fun and fellowship with other Catholic youth.
The activities our teens participate in are:
- 1. Meet weekly on Sunday from 4:00-5:30pm
- 2. Participate in Prayer and Faith building activities through Bible studies and games.
- 3. Annually participate and plan for Living Stations of the Cross, a dramatic portrayal of Christ's Passion.
- 4. Plan fun excursions to Fright Farms, Wisp Resort, and other local getaways to build in community with one another in a fun and unique way.
- 5. Provide service to the community through picking up trash at local parks and visiting with patients at the nursing homes.
